Emeritor offers independent procurement services, specialised in structurally improving the procurement function of profit- and non-profit organisations. Emeritor has a permanent staff of 80 employees. Through our motto: 'Think, dare, do, and continue', we support our help our clients to systematically improve the procurement function and to perform procurement projects and European Tenders.
Total Cost of Ownership
Our focus is to improve the ‘Total Cost of Ownership’. We carry out improvements both in the direct procurement costs and in the overall procurement process. Working with public organisations requires correct appliance of the European legislation and response to specific topics such as sustainable procurement and SME participation.

Emeritor ‘thinks’ together with its client on how to (re) position the procurement function in the organisation. With Emeritor’s knowledge and proposed plan of action the client 'dares' to take a step forward to achieve improvements. Emeritor takes its responsibility and helps the client to implement the vision and strategy in a joint action. After the implementation, Emeritor leaves behind knowledge, processes and procedures in order to facilitate the client to retain the desired quality level and ‘continue’ improving.
