Senior procurement advisor

Emeritor, the procurement Solutions Company is specialised in improving and professionalising the procurement function structurally. We execute this using organisation-wide procurement improvement programmes and specific procurement projects and are looking for ambitious people who carry out and execute our approach.

Your function

As Senior Procurement Advisor at Emeritor you deal directly with boards, management teams and internal customers. You advise organisations in the field of procurement strategy and policies and make this practical with procurement package and structure projects to achieve real improvements and savings.

You are in charge of a procurement team of employees of customers and/or employees of Emeritor and/or you are involved as a specialist in large or smaller projects. From you expertise, experience and market knowledge you stimulate the customer to elevate the procurement function to a higher maturity level.

Your profile

  • HBO- or academic educated, preferably complemented with an MBA Procurement Management, ISFAH, NEVI III or II. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the field of procurement;
  • Capable to produce organisational / procurement advise and/or guide various procurement projects as a project leader;
  • Proactive and pragmatic;
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and a hands-on mentality;
  • A flexible attitude regarding work and traveling hours;
  • Experience in European tenders is preferable;
  • Perhaps you have knowledge and experience of a special field, for example IT, facility, Marketing & Communication, HR and affinity to procurement;
