Posting services, Tender projects or procurement solutions and support by our Tender Centre. This experience, combined with our knowledge of regulations and jurisprudence allows us to help you make the right choices in specific cases. We have extensive experience in performing (European) Tender projects in a variety of areas, using the Emeritor 8-step methodology with or without electronic support. We can also assist you in taking the step towards efficiency. Very intensive contact with the internal client at policy-level is essential, to fulfill the specification phase in the tender process.
Efficiency in this phase helps to create insight in the flow of expenses, to control fulfilment of contracts and to identify new European Tenders at an early stage. Systems for Contract Management and Vendor Management are essential.
Emeritor’s client base includes Service center Drechtsteden, city of Haarlem, municipality of Nieuwkoop, municipality of Eindhoven and the municipality of Deventer.
Provinces
Emeritor helps Provinces to successfully perform tender projects and professionalise their procurement function by posting procurement professionals or by deploying our Tender Centre. This experience, combined with knowledge of regulations and jurisprudence allows us to help you make the right choices in specific cases. This and the Emeritor's 8-step methodology will secure legitimacy.
We execute projects for a large number of Provinces including the Provinces of South- and North-Holland, Gelderland and Utrecht.
We also help Provinces in their attempt to move to efficiency. The success of this movement depends on intensive contact with the internal contracting authority, in order to optimise the specification phase of a European Tender. This stage is critical for optimal effectiveness. Besides, for efficiency purposes it is important to control cash flows, in order to control contract performance and to allow the premature planning of new European Tender projects. Systems and processes for contract- and supplier management are essential.
