Ministry of General Affairs
Led by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, in 2000 a large-scaled improvement is started by the ministries of the procurement function. Currently the Ministry of Internal Affairs is leading this project and large renewals and improvements have been realised. Emeritor has made a significant contribution to this project from the start. Almost all 13 departments have been screened using the Emeritor House of Procurement® and the Procurement Maturity Model®. Additionally Emeritor already delivers various procurement services for 12 years to all departments.
Using the results from the latter project, the Ministry of General Affairs has started a development path several years ago. There where there is a lack of knowledge and capacity, Emeritor can be an important support. There is now a professional central procurement function, which functions as a center for services towards the different parts of this department.
