Holland Casino
The procurement improvement program of Holland Casino also starts with a financial and qualitative analysis, with an improvement plan as a result. Based on this, mid 2009 Emeritor was asked by Holland Casino to actually execute the planned improvements and savings. The implementation is what motivates us!
The implementation of the program started after the summer of 2009. The program manager of Emeritor is leading the project leaders, who are, together with different multidisciplinary teams, responsible for the implementation of the program. The programs reports her progress to the steering committee on a monthly basis. The procurement manager of Holland Casino is also part of this, he is responsible for the daily procurement operations.
Based on the improvement plan priorities are made to enable the realisation of the savings and improvements. Much time is spent using Emeritor’s implementation method in involving the regions (the 12 casino’s) to enable the realisation of the contracted savings. No paper contracts, but for the whole organisation available and workable agreements.
Currently (December 2010) 80% of the procurement volume is reviewed by the organisation, new statements of requirement are created and are contracted.
