Services

The business services sector has become increasingly important to the Dutch economy through its size, its dynamics and its role in productivity improvement of client organisations. Business services in the Netherlands have grown faster compared to other countries. In terms of employment, the sector is as large as the Dutch industry. Concern in the development of business services is that labor productivity barely improves, and that the sector is putting relatively little effort in innovation.

By supporting the procurement function of service providers Emeritor concentrates on ICT, Facility, HRM and Marketing and Communications, and has, from its establishment in 1998, a major client group in business services. Examples include Randstad, Unit4Agresso, Arbo Unie and Bilderberg Groep.
