Sustainable Procurement
Emeritor offers the possibility of training procurement staff, from different organisational levels, using unified, result-oriented and practical methods relating to Sustainable Procurement, as part of a comprehensive CSR program we run with our partners.
The government wants to encourage the market for sustainable products by setting the right example and buying sustainable products. The annual spend of the joint authorities (central government, provinces, municipalities and water) on procurement of goods, works and services is over 40 billion Euro. Through sustainable procurement, the government positively affects the market for sustainable products.
The approach is aligned with predefined objectives. The main objective is to improve the procurement process and to make a contribution to the results of the organisation.
Our ambition is to help our clients develop their knowledge, skills and attitude, regarding Sustainable Procurement. One of our references is SenterNovem (now Agency NL) which we supported in writing a manual for “Sustainable Procurement”. We apply our knowledge serving our clients within the government and private sector.
