Our approach is practical, focused on improvement and cost saving. We execute procurement projects and with that we improve the procedures and your organisation, in order for your procurement function to continue at the highest level.

• Every assignment starts with a financial and qualitative analysis, in order for you to obtain insight in your expenses and the quality of the procurement function.
• Following, we examine all procurement spends, mostly by re-tendering them. We offer specialised procurement knowledge in several domains, like technical materials, general and technical services, IT, HR and marketing and communication.
• At the same time we ensure structural improvements, for example introducing an E-procurement system, interim management or temporary assistance in cleaning up article lists.

We can offer all services separately. Together they form an organisation-wide procurement improvement program.
