The Emeritor House of Procurement® provides a clear framework for setting up the procurement function within both private and public and not-for-profit organisations. Based on the strategy of the organisation as well as after performing a qualitative- and financial analysis, an improvement plan will lead to a procurement strategy and corresponding cost reduction- and improvement targets. The ‘five rooms’ offer the content of actual improvement projects at a tactical level.
