This particular service makes us very proud. We are leading in the Netherlands with our proven methodology and many successful references. We conduct a procurement improvement program for organisations in all market sectors and sizes in terms of procurement volume. Such a program consists of a certain number of steps and sections.
We perform these programs for 12 years already, both for business, manufacturing organisations, business services as well as hospitals, health institutions and governmental organisations.

After performing a qualitative scan and a financial analysis, we present our conclusions in order to achieve structural improvements and cost savings in the procurement function, using quick wins and procurement projects. Emeritor uses the broad perspective of the organisation in which procurement is dedicated to the organisational results.

Emeritor's deployment is temporary and our services are focused on empowering the client organisation to keep performing on the same level, without the help of Emeritor. The goal of our cooperation is focused on researching and achieving cost saving- and improvement opportunities, achieving quick wins, performing and implementing a selected number of procurement package processes and structure projects.

There is an active strive for short-term results. Emeritor’s experience ensures that no opportunity is being overlooked and concrete results will soon follow. After acceptance of the recommendations the program follow- up will be compiled in agreement with the client. Firstly, the major procurement projects will be selected for further development into project plans, applying the entire procurement cycle according to the 8-steps procurement model.
